No chai masala chai

According to Satvic moment, one of the best herbal teas that you can have this winter is called No Chai Masala chai. The ingredients of this tea are really simple, all we need is 4 green cardamom, ½ inch piece of cinnamon, two black pepperconns, and 1 star anise. Now, make a paste of all these ingredients listed and then boil it in a saucepan with 2 cups of water. Boil the entire mixture for 2 minutes, and your herbal tea is ready. The last step is adding coconut milk, and you are ready to go.

Lemon grass tea

We know that the first thing that comes to your mind when you hear “ lemongrass” is where you would even manage this ingredient. This doesnt even grow in India. Well, they do, and a horticulture nursery has them. Or if you can’t find any nursery, all you need to do is contact a local gardener, and they will give you an actual lemon grass plant. Cut the lemongrass into stems. Then add these stems to a pot with 3 cups of water, and you are ready to serve. Make sure that you boil it for 2 minutes.

Apple cinnamon tea

This is a really weird combination that you might notice, but trust us, this blend would change your life. Your blood sugar level would be minimized, and you would have a surge of energy in your system. Cut the apple into 3 or 4 pieces and then crush them lightly. Once that is prepared, add it to a boiler with 2 cups of water. Once that is done, add some cinnamon and 4 cloves. Boil the entire mixture for two minutes, and you are ready to serve.

Note: Besides these combinations, there are other herbal teas that are prepared all over India, and the most common ones are ayurvedic ginger tea, ayurvedic green tea, and ayurvedic tulsi tea.
